By 2018, the LaserDuo is completed and presented at the Fab Conference  in France. Daniele also conducts a workshop at the OpenLab of Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg, initiating a long-term collaboration with the institution.

That same year, he founds an individual enterprise to distribute LaserDuo and share knowledge through open-hardware workshops. LaserDuo is recognized as one of the earliest dual-source open-source laser cutters released with comprehensive documentation.
