By request of University of Duisburg-Essen, InMachines developed a 5 axes motion system, to be used for scientific measurement purposes.
About the machine
This machine opens our repertoire of open-source scientific machines. It has 3 linear axes with accuracy of 10 microns and 2 rotational with accuracy of 0.25°(X) and 0.15° (Y) to position and take the measurements of the distances.
